The Contacts module is the foundation of your CRM. All customer information is stored here, including phone numbers for dialing.

Accessing Contacts

Navigate to Contacts in the sidebar to view your contact list.

Contact List View

The main contacts page shows all your contacts in a table format with key information:
  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email
  • Company
  • Last contact date

Sorting and Filtering

  • Click column headers to sort
  • Use filters to narrow down your list
  • Save filtered views for quick access

Searching Contacts

Press Cmd+K / Ctrl+K to open global search. Type a name, email, or phone number to find contacts instantly.
  1. Click the filter icon above the contact list
  2. Add criteria (name, company, tags, etc.)
  3. Results update in real-time

Contact Detail View

Click on any contact to view their full profile:

Information Tab

  • Name, phone, email
  • Company and title
  • Address
  • Custom fields

Activity Tab

  • Call history
  • Email history
  • Meeting notes
  • Task history

Notes Tab

  • Free-form notes
  • Call recordings
  • Attachments

Click-to-Call

From any contact view:
  1. Click the phone icon next to a phone number
  2. The dialer opens with the number filled in
  3. Click Call to initiate

Managing Contacts

Add New Contact

  1. Click Add Contact in the top right
  2. Fill in the contact information
  3. Click Save

Edit Contact

  1. Open the contact detail view
  2. Click Edit in the top right
  3. Make changes
  4. Click Save

Delete Contact

  1. Open the contact detail view
  2. Click the three-dot menu
  3. Select Delete
  4. Confirm deletion
Deleting a contact is permanent. Consider archiving instead if you may need the data later.
